Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at M.gold! We specialize in premium custom-made furniture, handcrafted with care. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Production Time

All our items (benches, poufs) are made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for production and quality checks before your order is dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Delivery Methods & Estimates

To provide the best price and quality balance, we ship to European countries using cost-effective international carriers, including Western Bid/Sellar consolidations (delivered locally via DPD, DHL, GLS) and Nova Post International.

* Shipping Option: Standard International Shipping (Courier delivery to your door).

* Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days after the production is completed.

* Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the package dimensions and weight.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your package at every stage of its journey.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

M.gold is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT) are the responsibilit
