Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it.
Conditions for a Return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with original factory tags/labels, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt, invoice, or order number as proof of purchase.
Please note: Custom-made furniture or personalized items (such as items made to custom dimensions, unique configurations, or upholstered in a custom fabric selection) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our manager will provide you with the exact shipping address and instructions for Nova Poshta. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from us.

Once your return request is approved, follow the provided instructions to ship the package back.
Shipping Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery at the courier branch or when receiving it from a delivery driver. If you detect any defects, structural damage, or incorrect packaging, take photos/videos immediately and contact us at +380662103529 or via messengers so we can quickly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return meets all eligibility conditions, your refund will be approved and automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
